I've visited Vanessa twice for reiki and both times have left me wrecked in the best possible way. Her insight, compassion, and encouraging energy are just what I needed :) Michaela was also super knowledgeable and so kind. Everyone I met here was so genuine and helpful!

I have been seeing Tiffany for a year with reiki therapy and so say she has changed my life would be an extreme understatement. I am a part of their membership program which is amazing because I can choose one month if I want cupping or a massage or I can choose seeing my girl Tiffany and if I don’t have time to come in that month, it rolls over to use the next month! Tiffany’s attention to detail is admirable and she has truly pushed me to be my best self! I couldn’t say enough nice things about her! Dr. Hilda is also amazing and so generous, she has done my acupuncture before and I am in love. Support small businesses and go to saffron and sage! Its worth every penny!

I wished I lived closer! I would be here every day! Please some to Orange County! After one session of cupping and reiki, I felt 100 times better! I'm doing the reiki workshop in two weeks and I'm so excited!

Vanessa is AMAZING. She is very compassion and willing to know more about what you're going through in that particular moment. I received acupuncture, reiki, cupping and massage therapy all in one session. Saffron & sage is such a beautiful place with everything you need mentally and spiritually. I cannot wait to continue my journey together with these beautiful people!

I had my first reiki session with Rachel and it was amazing! I moved through so many things in this 60-minute session and felt so light and centered when I was done. The bonus of her insights after just made the experience even better, giving me even more information to take home and on top of that...recommendations for flower essences specifically to what she intuitively knew I needed from our session!!! I can't wait for my next session, it was absolutely more than what I was expecting!

I just moved to the area and had been looking for an acupuncture place, wellness center, and yoga studio. Lucky me- i found all three things in Saffron and Sage AND -wait for it- I met them at my first Yelp Elite event in SD. So the event was pretty cool, but the universe really blessed me when I learned about the studio, who was doing complementary Reiki sessions. I signed up for a consultant right there and have now been to a restorative yoga session and sound bath session (I know it sounds a little kooky, but it works!) The studio space is cozy and intimate and so far my class sizes have been small (I've been to studios that cram people in and it's the worst). They have a small boutique when you enter that smells amazing and sells wellness items to help you at home. Everyone has been super friendly and down to earth too. I couldn't be happier to have found them!
