Labs come first

Your plan
Your Naturopathic Doctor reviews your symptoms, history and results, explains your options, and prescribes if HRT is appropriate.
Re-test every 90 days
We check how you feel and re-test your labs every 90 days, so your dose stays right for you.
Your options
Your Naturopathic Doctor will recommend what fits you. Options include:
Bioidentical estradiol
Estrogen for hot flashes, sleep, mood and vaginal health.
Bioidentical progesterone
Often paired with estrogen, and sometimes used on its own for sleep.
Testosterone for women
Low-dose testosterone, mainly for low libido.
Creams
Applied to the skin daily, with doses that are easy to adjust.
Pellets
Small pellets placed under the skin that release hormones over a few months.
Some bioidentical hormones are compounded. Compounded hormones are not FDA-approved. Your Doctor will explain the difference between FDA-approved and compounded options.
Safety first
HRT isn't right for everyone. Your Naturopathic Doctor reviews your full history before prescribing. HRT may not be appropriate if you have a history of breast or uterine cancer, blood clots, stroke, heart disease or liver disease, or unexplained vaginal bleeding. We coordinate with your OB-GYN or primary care Doctor when needed.

What it costs
HRT visits use medical credits. Your HRT onboarding visit is free with your HRT purchase. Lab testing is billed separately. You can book visits as you need them, or save with a monthly plan.
We accept HSA, FSA, HRA and LSA funds. Your plan administrator decides which services are eligible, so please check with your plan.

Do I need labs before starting HRT?
Yes. We test with you here, or you can send recent lab results. Your Naturopathic Doctor reviews them before prescribing, and we re-test every 90 days.

What's the difference between bioidentical and synthetic hormones?
Bioidentical hormones have the same structure as the hormones your body makes. Some are FDA-approved and some are compounded. Your Doctor will explain which options fit you.

No. You can book visits as you need them, or save with a monthly plan.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
