Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Contract or Employee)
Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Yoga & Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. This role focuses on leading safe, engaging, and inclusive classes that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients improve their physical and mental well being through movement, personalized instruction, and a supportive community.
Responsibilities:
Lead yoga and Pilates classes for participants of varying experience and fitness levels
Design and adapt class sequences to accommodate individual abilities, injuries, and wellness goals
Demonstrate proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques while providing modifications as needed
Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment that promotes confidence and long-term participation
Monitor client progress and provide individualized feedback to support safe and effective practice
Educate clients on movement, posture, flexibility, mindfulness, and injury prevention
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment while ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
Build positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and support overall wellness goals
Collaborate with studio staff and wellness professionals to coordinate classes, workshops, and community events
Onsite and offsite group classes, workshops and events
Qualifications:
Current Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor Certification from a nationally recognized organization
Experience teaching group fitness classes and working with diverse populations
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe movement principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Professional, compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating an exceptional client experience
Must have reliable transportation

Nurse (RN or NP)
Location: San Diego, CA

Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and highly competent Nurse (RN or NP) to support our integrative clinical services, including IV therapy, injections, and functional assessments.
Responsibilities:
Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections, and assist in treatments
Record vitals, patient histories, and support intake assessments
Collaborate with naturopathic doctors and MDs on patient care
Support wellness education and aftercare instructions
Monitor and respond to any adverse reactions
Qualifications:
Active RN or NP license in California
IV certification and experience administering IVs
Knowledge of integrative and functional medicine a plus
Exceptional bedside manner and attention to detail

Deep Tissue / Orthopedic Massage Therapist
Location: San Diego, CA

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and intuitive Deep Tissue / Orthopedic Massage Therapist to join our integrative care team. This role focuses on supporting clients with musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, and structural alignment.
Responsibilities:
Perform customized massage sessions focused on pain relief, injury recovery, and structural balance
Collaborate with acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and other providers for whole-person care
Maintain clean, welcoming treatment spaces and adhere to hygiene protocols
Maintain accurate session notes and treatment plansEducate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist in California
Trained in deep tissue, sports, orthopedic massage (additional modalities a plus)
Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented
2+ years experience preferred

Licensed Esthetician
Location: San Diego, CA

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and intuitive Licensed Esthetician to join our integrative wellness team. This role focuses on delivering results-driven skincare treatments while supporting overall skin health, relaxation, and client confidence. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic beauty, personalized care, and long-term skin wellness.
Responsibilities
Perform customized facial and skincare treatments based on individual skin concerns and goals
Provide services such as deep cleansing facials, exfoliation, extractions, and advanced treatments (as trained)
Assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home-care regimens
Collaborate with acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and other wellness providers to support whole-person care
Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment environment while adhering to all hygiene and safety standards
Accurately document client sessions, skin assessments, and treatment plans
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle practices that support skin health
Qualifications:
Current California Esthetician License
Training in facials, skin analysis, and corrective skincare (advanced modalities a plus)
2+ years of experience preferred
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and ingredient functionality
Professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused
