Sheava Rahimi, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. With more than 14 years of experience in the mental health field, she has worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, addiction, and emotional dysregulation.
Her clinical approach is integrative, compassionate, and deeply tailored to the unique needs of each client. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, Sheava is certified in hypnotherapy, a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and heightened concentration to help individuals make positive changes in thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or physical symptoms.
Additionally, Sheava is trained in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Positive Parenting Program Interventions, Multi-Adaptive Psychotherapy, and Crisis-Oriented Recovery Services. Her work emphasizes both symptom relief and deeper emotional transformation, helping clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth.
Sheava also brings specialized leadership experience in the field of behavioral health, having served as Director of Clinical Services at 360 Behavioral Health, where she oversaw therapeutic services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Known for her grounded presence and collaborative style, Sheava creates a therapeutic space that balances clinical expertise with authenticity, insight, and empathy. She integrates psychological, behavioral, relational, and mindfulness-based techniques to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, strengthening relationships, and moving toward greater emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
