Abigail Riley is our Corporate Wellness Strategist at Saffron & Sage. She is dedicated to helping local businesses & organizations create thriving, high-performing workplace environments through intentional, strategic wellness programming. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Abigail brings a unique blend of operational expertise and human-centered leadership to her work.

With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world,  including 10 years in corporate sales management and 5 years in project management for a Fortune 500 company, Abigail has led large teams of up to 150 employees and witnessed firsthand the measurable impact of employee wellbeing on organizational success. Her work focuses on partnering with managers and executives to design tailored holistic wellness plans that reduce stress and burnout, strengthen engagement, and support sustainable high performance, ultimately contributing to improved retention and increased revenue.

Abigail’s philosophy centers on making wellness accessible and practical within the workplace. By integrating supportive programs and modalities directly into the work environment, employees can care for their wellbeing without sacrificing personal time, allowing teams to operate at their highest level while maintaining balance and resilience. She collaborates closely with leadership through one-on-one consultations to identify organizational challenges and implement customized wellness strategies that drive productivity, engagement, and long-term growth.

Inspired by her years managing large teams, Abigail is passionate about helping companies recognize that prioritizing employee wellbeing is not just supportive, it is a strategic advantage. She has consistently observed that leaders who invest in the health of their people see stronger performance, lower turnover, and more profitable outcomes.

Outside of her professional work, Abigail is an avid world traveler who has explored 22 countries and counting. She enjoys playing tennis, journaling, loves spending time with all the fur babies, and is currently working on writing & publishing her first book.
