The Autumn Equinox offers a natural opportunity to do the same.
As the seasons shift, we're gathering together for an evening that invites us to slow down, reflect, and make space for whatever the next season may bring.
Welcoming the Autumn Equinox With a Sound Bath
The Autumn Equinox marks a transition point in the year, when day and night are nearly equal and we begin moving toward a quieter season.
It's a fitting time to step out of the usual pace and create room for reflection.
Our Autumn Equinox Sound Bath will offer an immersive, restorative experience featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments. Guided through sound and stillness, you'll have the opportunity to settle in, quiet the noise around you, and simply be present.
Whether you've attended a sound bath before or this will be your first, there is nothing you need to prepare for. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself an hour to slow down.
