Moni Osborne

Breathwork Facilitator

Moni Osborne has been guiding people through their breath for more than three decades. The eldest daughter of Dr. Judith Kravitz, founder of the Transformational Breath Foundation, Moni was one of the first people certified to facilitate the Transformational Breath® method, completing her training in 1990.

She went on to serve as a Senior Trainer for the Foundation for five years, and in 1994 she co-led its very first professional certification program alongside Judith in Long Island, New York.

In San Diego, Moni has led breath workshops for the Chopra Center for Well Being in La Jolla, San Diego Hospice, the California Nurses Association, the San Diego Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center and Mesa Community College, and taught weekly Transformational Breath classes for the Desert AIDS Project in Palm Springs. She has facilitated more than 5,000 sessions, in groups and one on one.

At Saffron & Sage, Moni guides private and group breathwork with a calm, steady approach that lets you set the pace. She is a long-standing member of the Transformational Breath Foundation's Board of Directors and serves on its West Coast Advisory Board.
