Summer is a time for nourishing your body and soul.
As we shift and expand to explore new landscapes within and without, we find longer days and extended opportunities to connect and ground ourselves with nature.
Join us as work to warm the body from the inside out with an outdoor exercise class through Maple Canyon Trail. Together, under the guidance of Keara from Babes Who Sweat, we will work to build strength and confidence in our bodies through vigorous body resistance exercises. Later we will be lead by Joy Miller into a gentle cool down yoga sequence.
Together, under the guidance of our Registered Dietitian, Leslie Bobo, we will discuss seasonal foods and cooking rituals that build nourishment and heal the body and soul.
We will discuss balance during the Summer season, and how to align with nature in order to return to optimal health.
