It is widely known that movement and talk therapy reduces stress, anxiety and depression. Talking helps us sort through our thoughts and gain a fresh perspective on life’s daily stresses while exercising gets our blood pumping and circulates oxygen throughout the body.
During our 1.5 mile walk through the beautiful Maple Canyon Trail, we will socialize with old friends and make new ones.
- Participants are encouraged to wear workout clothing.
- Check in will begin at 6:20PM
- Group will depart promptly at 6:30PM from Saffron & Sage.
