Yin/Yang Yoga

Reawaken and revitalize your entire system in our Yin/Yang flow that blends the ancient practices of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. The class begins by warming up the muscles, generating heat and sending fresh energy throughout the entire body through a series of gentle flowing postures. Slowly, we will work our way into a series of Yin-style postures focused on promoting stillness in the body and mind while opening the body's connective tissue. This class is a perfect mid-day treat to promote concentration, increase energy and leave you in a state of bliss to finish your day strong.
