movement Therapy

Movement therapy takes a multi-disciplinary approach to physical wellness. Incorporating practices such as yoga, meditation and breath work to strengthen the muscles, relieve stress and restore balance.  Depending on your physical, emotional or spiritual state you can select from different movement formats to support you.


Acupuncture is a holistic health technique that stems from Traditional Chinese Medicine practices in which trained practitioners stimulate specific points on the body by inserting thin needles into the skin. Because the goal of acupuncture is to promote and restore the balance of energy, which flows throughout the body, the benefits of acupuncture can extend to a wide variety of conditions, from headaches to emotional disorders, digestive complaints, pain syndromes, neurological problems, respiratory conditions,  gynecologic disorders and infertility, and can even improve fatigue and addictions. Acupuncture aids in promoting overall well-being.

Botanical medicine

Botanical Medicine applies plant based remedies to a person's body for medicinal purposes. Botanical medicine is the oldest and still the most popular form of medicine throughout the world. Botanical medicines are normally a more "gentle" treatment, using doses appropriate to the individual. Herbs and flower essences support the functioning of our systems and nourish the body, allowing the body to help itself. Botanical medicine consultations treat the patient not the illness.

Nutritional therapy corrects imbalances within the body that are manifesting as physical or emotional disease, dysfunction or distress while supporting any nutritional deficiencies to promote health and healing.


The use of cups allows for a stretching and opening of the tissues in the body. This lifting creates space for fluid to move and helps drain toxins and waste from the cells; than moves that waste out of the body. Cupping removes any stagnation in the body and opens the meridians so that Qi can flow freely. It also helps to rejuvenate certain meridians and organs that are not functioning at their best. Cupping is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation, and is good for deep tissue repair.


Sound therapy utilizes bowls made of quartz crystal and precious stones to create a relaxed atmosphere aligning our body, mind and spirit to the melodies; raising our vibrational frequency.
