Twice a month we gather under the moon to embrace its energy and invitation. ⠀ ⠀ This month we are gathering under the Solar Eclipse New Moon in Cancer on Thursday, July 12th. This lunar cycle is beckoning us to return home, to return back to ourselves. ⠀ ⠀ Pieces of our past are coming back into view so that we might reclaim the personal power that we lost long ago. ⠀ ⠀ As we look to Cancer we find the face of the nurturing mother. As we reconnect to this feeling of a mother’s love we’re invited to nurture our own inner caretaker and explore this strong energy surrounding rebirth. ⠀ ⠀ Together we will partake in a traditional tea ceremony before transitioning to a time of reflection and intention setting. ⠀ ⠀ Utilizing a series of yin yoga poses we will open up the body to align with the heart and receive community acupuncture to complete our circle. ⠀ ⠀ There are only a few spaces left! When illnesses and physical problems suddenly appear, they can often be traced back to an underlying emotional issue that has not been addressed and dealt with, thus blocking the proper flow of energy.⠀ ⠀ Meridians create a pathway for energy to move throughout the body. Through this flow, Meridians keep the body in balance. Blockages in the flow of energy can result in illness, physical or otherwise. Luckily, every meridian can be mapped to a different emotion.
