Join us for Transform, our first mind body spirit challenge - a 6 week series dedicated to finding and embracing the connection between the physical body, mind and spirit. This journey will be lead by Terra Cosby, our nutritionist and movement instructor, and Cristin Smith, spiritual director. Start 2019 off realizing and embracing your desires.

The 6 week series will include the following:

WEEK 1: Together we will identify desires and dreams.

  • Capture your current state of being with before and after shots by Sarah - compare where you are with where you will be at the end of six weeks

  • Identify goals and desired outcomes for the next 6 weeks

  • Map the current condition of your soul with Cristin

  • Physical assessment with Terra - we’re going to benchmark your results by measuring body fat, etc.

WEEK 2: Discover connections found in your everyday rhythms and explore how to create transformative rituals.

  • Develop awareness through the art of noticing and journaling.

  • Bring your mindfulness practice into your nourishment routine.

  • Learn how to map your emotions and use them to benefit your body.

Week 3: Embrace the art of eating through mindful and experiential rituals designed to nourish the body, mind and soul.

  • Find productive practices to determine realistic and nutritious meal prep.

  • Understand your beliefs centered around food, eating and cooking.

  • Tips and tricks for creating a beautiful meal plan for the week ahead.

Week 4: Integrate wellness as a lifestyle that will delight the senses and transform your life.

  • Explore the wisdom hidden in the seasons and how to integrate their teachings to nourish and sustain.

  • Take seasonal living to the next level with ancient medicinal recipes and rituals to heal and restore.

Week 5: Bask in the beauty of living a balanced life.

  • Cultivate consciousness with practicing presence

  • Reconnected with the art of living well

  • Creating beautiful spaces to nourish ourselves and others

Week 6: Bringing it all together

  • Taking note of our transformation - looking back over the past 6 weeks to see how far we have come

  • Personalized shoot to showcase the glow that radiates from within and that feel-good energy from a grounded and strong stance.
