It is important to take on supportive practices like yoga that connects us with our body and meditation that supports our spirit. Our emotions and thoughts can be cleansed with deep long breaths and guided meditation transports us to a state of peace.
We will begin our afternoon journey with Qi Gong in the Canyon. Under the gentle guidance of Rob Nguyen, together we will embark on a standing meditation with gentle movements incorporating the breath. We will release stagnant energy in the physical body to allow for clarity, flexibility, and balance.
Then through the sage guidance of Jasmine Laniado, we will explore the power of the breath. By connecting to the breath we begin to move energy providing clarity to the mind and reprogramming the nervous system.
To end the evening, we will gather for a sound bath ritual. Utilizing the sound emitted from crystal bowls to create a relaxed atmosphere, the singing bowls paired with toning and chanting will wash over your spirit raising the vibrational frequency of your body promoting deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
