It is important to take on supportive practices like yoga that connects us with our body and meditation that supports our spirit. Our emotions and thoughts can be cleansed with deep long breaths and guided meditation transports us to a state of peace.
Join us for our Self Care Saturday. We will start our morning with an energizing yoga sequence lead by Chelcy Pine, to find power, strength and balance in our bodies. Then, through the gentle guidance of Jasmine Laniado & Rachel Couch, we will journey through guided meditation and energy cleansing rituals. Together, we will receive energy therapy to relieve spiritual and emotional stress.
