It is widely known that movement and talk therapy reduces stress, anxiety and depression. Talking helps us sort through our thoughts and gain a fresh perspective on life’s daily stresses while exercising gets our blood pumping and circulates oxygen throughout the body.
The walk, lead by Cristin Smith, will lead to James Coffee within walking distance from Saffron and Sage. Along the way, we encourage socializing with old friends and making new ones.
