It is important to take on supportive practices like yoga that connects us with our body and meditation that supports our spirit. Our emotions and thoughts can be cleansed with deep long breaths and guided meditation transports us to a state of peace.
Join us for a winter evening of healing. We will start our evening with a traditional tea ceremony, lead by Hannah Mills, Holistic Health Practitioner and Founder of Neakita. Then, through the gentle guidance of Lauren Ursch, Meditation and Yoga Instructor we will journey through a restorative yoga session with guided meditation.
$35 per person
- Participants must bring their own yoga mat
- Participants are encouraged to bring water and towel
- Class will begin promptly at 6:30PM
- Registration will close at 8:00PM on February 6th.
