Join us as Plant-Based Chef, Corinne Rice, guides us through an evening of gastronomic gut health. Together we will explore the basics of probiotics and how to keep our gut filled with good bacteria through preparing and eating fermented foods.
Chef Corinne is an urban chef that prepares and promotes local, seasonal, organic plant-based fare. She was trained at the Matthew Kenny Academy, one of the best raw culinary schools in the world, and has spent her career cooking in Detroit and Los Angeles.
Chef Corinne will walk us through the preparation, pairing, and sampling of the following foods:

+ coconut yogurt granola parfait
+ fermented watermelon rind
+ cucumber coconut yogurt sauce
