The moon, being the closest astronomical body to Earth, has a profound effect on us. Just like the moon's phases affect the ocean's tide, we too are affected by the lunar cycle. It represents the feminine, emotional, creative and nurturing aspects of our lives. During the full moon energy peaks then releases creating an opening for change. 

The full moon marks the end of a chapter. It invites us to let go of that which we have outgrown or no longer need by shedding light on the people or projects, beliefs or feelings that are interfering with our spiritual development.

During our Full Moon Circle we will gather together to participate in a traditional Cacao Ceremony to release these things - whether they be relationships, grudges, anger, addictions, etc. Together we will take advantage of the powerful and intense full moon energy that enables us to let go and support it with hands on energy work.

Join us for an evening of emotional, physical and spiritual release. Take your healing practice to the next level by releasing that which no longer serves you through movement, visualization and energy work.

The moon, being the closest astronomical body to Earth, has a profound effect on us. It represents the feminine, emotional, creative and nurturing aspects of our lives. During the new moon the sun and moon are in alignment. The sun's light illuminates the moon hiding it from our view.

The magic of the new moon is that it represents beginning. It's a great time to begin new projects, initiate important conversations, plant seeds and set intentions. The new moon generates negative ions elevating our mood and inspiring our desire to begin new things and manifest outward change.

The alignment of the sun and moon during the new moon creates space for the subconscious and conscious minds to communicate, merging our wants and needs, leading to a deeper more integrated life.

The new moon invites us to take ownership for our dreams and desires and to commit to the beliefs and behaviors necessary to get us there. During our New Moon Circle we will gather to identify desires and set intentions. Together we will take advantage of the powerful new moon energy that enables us to claim our dreams and chart our course.

In Summer we are invited to embrace the way of the Visionary as we embrace wisdom and discernment aligning our actions with our true nature. It is a time to swim into the deep allowing projects and relationships to unfold to their full potential. That which was budding in Spring is coming to full bloom in Summer.

Through the gentle guidance of Cristin Smith, Founder & Spiritual Director, we will embrace the luxurious growth of Summer - bringing acknowledgment through reflection and expression to our individual experiences creating space to show up this Summer speaking and acting on our personal truth.

Join us for an evening of emotional, physical and spiritual release. Take your healing practice to the next level by releasing that which no longer serves you through movement, visualization and energy work.

NOURISH | Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

An inversion is any moment the head sits below the heart. This act sends divine essence, or ojas, back into the brain to balance multiple systems in the body.

This 2-hour workshop will explore breakdowns of the biomechanics involved in practicing postures anywhere from downward facing dog to handstand. Breakdowns will include preparatory movements, alignment technique, and safety in propping. Expect a 45-minute energizing warm-up flow with a breakdown of over 10 inversions and arm balances: crow pose, wheel, headstand, and more!

Adventure with Rob Nguyen, as we take on a journey that inspires for new perspectives and an expansion for personal power.

$40 Members | $50 Non-Members

  • Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and mat.

DWELL | Self Care Saturday

It is important to take on supportive practices like yoga that connects us with our body and meditation that supports our spirit. Our emotions and thoughts can be cleansed with deep long breaths and guided meditation transports us to a state of peace.

Join us for our Self Care Saturday. We will start our morning with an energizing yoga sequence, lead by Joy Miller, to find power, strength and balance in our bodies. Then, through the gentle guidance of Rob Nguyen, we will journey through guided meditation and energy cleansing rituals.  Together, we will receive energy therapy to relieve spiritual and emotional stress. 

9:00AM - 10:00AM | Energizing Yoga

10:30AM - 11:30AM | Cleansing Meditation

NOURISH | Walk & Talk

It is widely known that movement and talk therapy reduces stress, anxiety and depression. Talking helps us sort through our thoughts and gain a fresh perspective on life’s daily stresses while exercising gets our blood pumping and circulates oxygen throughout the body.

During our 1.5 mile walk through the beautiful Maple Canyon Trail, we will socialize with old friends and make new ones. 

$10 for non-members | Free for members 

  • Participants are encouraged to wear workout clothing.
  • Check in will begin at 6:20PM
  • Group will depart promptly at 6:30PM from Saffron & Sage.
