Dr. Marlene Ehrler, ND

Dr. Marlene Ehrler, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in women’s health, particularly preconception through postpartum wellness. Dr. Ehrler received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University-California, the nation’s top institution for alternative medicine, and additional certification at the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy in Montréal, QC. She also holds additional professional certifications in Maternal Mental Health, and is passionate about working with mothers suffering from mood disorders.

Aside from her medical training, Dr. Ehrler’s passion for maternal health stems from her own journey from maiden to mother. During pregnancy, she began to notice severe gaps in the healthcare model, particularly as women transition from pregnancy to the postpartum period. There was a lack of education and discussion around incredibly important issues, such as birth trauma, mental and physical recovery, depletion, breastfeeding challenges, etc. and she saw an incredible disregard for the fourth trimester. After experiencing significant challenges herself, Dr. Ehrler created a new process for her patients where she invites authenticity, unbiased education, sacredness and empowerment to lay the groundwork for a strong and healthy transition from maiden to mother.

Dr. Ehrler’s ultimate goal is for her patients to feel empowered, healthy, and radiant. She accomplishes this with her patients through functional medicine, homeopathic prescriptions, botanical medicine, nutritional counseling, nutraceutical recommendations, hydrotherapy, sleep hygiene, and other modalities.
