Cristin has spent the majority of her adult life working with individuals and small groups supporting them in their spiritual formation. Her studies in mystical traditions, ancient cultures and world religions greatly informed her work. After a life-changing sabbatical in Mexico Cristin decided to formalize her studies by becoming a Spiritual Director. Cristin completed her training in The Art of Spiritual Direction from Loyola Marymount University in the Summer of 2016. Cristin invites those she journeys with to explore ancient practices like prayer and meditation by taking a mind-body approach to spirituality, developing a deeper awareness of and commitment to their true selves. Cristin supports clients from all faith traditions empowering them to develop a posture of discernment while becoming more in tune to the seasons of spirituality; particularly the more difficult seasons of life that bring about pain, developing a theology of suffering and exploring the transformation that emerges as a result.
